CareAid International has been established to save lives, improve health and reduce poverty of people in developing countries through sustainable programs, in partnership with local communities. You can make a donation by any of the following methods:

Charity Tax Relief

PAYE Only Taxpayer

• You could increase the value of your donation by up to 72%:
• If you or your spouse are a PAYE taxpayer, and donate EUR250 or more in a tax year, CareAid can reclaim the tax on your donation. Please email us your name and address and we will send you the Tax Relief Form.
• If you pay tax relief at the 20% rate the tax repayment is 25% of the value of your donation. For example, on a donation of EUR500 this is an extra EUR125 for CareAid.
• If you pay tax at the 42% rate, the tax repayment is 72% of the value of your donation. For example, on a DONATION OF EUR500 THIS IS AN EXTRA EUR362 FOR CAREAID.

Self-Assessed Taxpayer

You could reduce the cost to you of your donation by up to 42%:

• If you or your spouse are a self-assessed taxpayer and donate EUR250 or more in a tax year, you can claim the tax relief.
  
• If you pay tax at the 20% rate, the tax relief is 20% of the donation. For example, a donation of EUR500 will cost you only EUR400.
  
• If you pay tax at the 42% rate, the tax relief is 42% of the donation. For example, a DONATION OF EUR500 WILL COST YOU ONLY EUR290.
